Assigning a user to a computer in LEAP

1. Log into leap docs as an administrator user (practice manager, etc)

 

2. UTILITIES > STAFF SETUP

 

3. Double click the user you want to REMOVE from the current PC

 

4. Clear the computer name field for this user and save

 

5. Double click the user you want to ADD to this PC

 

6. Click the SET button on the computer name field for this user and save

 

7. Close down leap docs.

 

Repeat the above steps for Leap accounting (which will flow through to Leap Timesheet) - for leap accounting, you should restart the app once you've completed step 7 and if it auto logs in as the correct user the settings were saved correctly.
