FLEX combines everything you would expect from your Managed IT Service for one low cost per device:
Management and deployment of operating system updates
Verification of device compliancy and deployment
Automatic deployment of common software packages to devices
Reports on device hardware and software
Monitoring and remediation of common device issues
FLEX’s difference? Help desk support is charged on consumption. And even better, it’s discounted by volume. So, the more you use, the bigger discount you’ll receive. Here are a few more things to note about FLEX:
There’s no onboarding fee and all new customers receive a welcome pack and social media shout out
A typical cutover from an existing provider takes less than 1 day (and we can contact them on your behalf if you wish)
The primary contact from your firm will receive login credentials to our Customer Only Portal for a live overview of support consumed, licenses, tickets lodged and more
We can support Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and Mac or Windows, whichever your prefer
What FLEX won’t do..
Some of the things we aren’t about:
Ranking and prioritising customers for better support or responsiveness (no Managed Service tier systems)
Constantly justifying the latest technologies to customers without considering our customers best interests
Bundling multiple products together to hide fees in products and services that don’t exist (yes, many IT providers do this!)
