Our Managed Service Agreements, FLEX, combines everything you would expect from your Managed IT Provider for one low cost per device: Management and deployment of operating system updates, Verification of device compliancy and deployment, Automatic deployment of common software packages to devices, Reports on device hardware and software and Monitoring and remediation of common device issues.
FLEX’s difference? Help desk support is charged on consumption. But, what does this mean for you? Well, if you are a sole trader or small business, you can use none or very little IT support. But if you’re a medium to large enterprise, it’s discounted by volume. So everyone is a winner here, basically. In an ever-changing world, we don’t believe fixed fee IT is right for anyone. That’s why we don’t offer it.

A typical cutover from an existing provider takes less than 1 day (and we can contact them on your behalf if you wish)

Ranking and prioritising customers for better support or responsiveness (no Managed Service tier systems)
Constantly justifying the latest technologies to customers without considering our customers best interests
Bundling multiple products together to hide fees in products and services that don’t exist (yes, many IT providers do this!)
Acting like strangers! On a FLEX Agreement, we’re your business partners. We will get to know you, and your team, take you to lunch, invite you to customer-only events and send you the Myrtec FLEX write up monthly so you can keep up with important updates (& office shenanigans!)
