Kelly Trotter Motor Group (KTMG) use industry-specific software designed for motor dealerships like themselves. The latest version of this software application has stringent hardware requirements that KTMG’s existing fleet of computers did not meet. This left KTMG stranded with an outdated version of the software application that did not contain its latest features and functions.
To address the software applications update requirements Myrtec audited KTMG’s existing computer fleet and identified how many devices needed upgrading. Myrtec then supplied, configured and installed 38 new devices in just one week so that all of KTMG’s fleet would meet the minimum software upgrade requirements.
