Survivors R Us, based in Cardiff, was founded eight years ago with a mission to support victims of domestic violence. Over time, the organisation has evolved to help anyone in need: whether they are unemployed, struggling financially, or simply doing it tough.
 
As a non-profit agency with no government funding, Survivors R Us relies on a dedicated team of three full-time employees and more than 100 volunteers to deliver essential services, including counselling, food and clothing support, showers, laundry, free hairdressing, and referrals to other relevant agencies.

Survivors R Us felt unsupported by their previous IT provider. They were on a fixed-term, lock-in contract. This meant that they had no control, flexibility, or oversight over their IT systems.
