Our Managed Service Agreement is called FLEX. FLEX’s hybrid style pricing model is beneficial for all NFPs because you only ever pay for the amount of services and support that you consume. Think about it like your water bill: you wouldn’t be happy to pay for the same amount of litres consumed as your neighbour, so why would you pay the same fixed rates for IT support as the business next door? On FLEX, you’ll still receive all of the proactive monitoring and maintenance that you’d expect from your Managed IT Agreement, but without the exclusions and hidden fees.
