Thomas’s work style can be described as persistent and focused. As he is often the first point of contact with many of Myrtec’s customers, Thomas has an established reputation being approachable, friendly and willing to support. Thomas is always working on cementing long-term relationships with his customers by providing general and proactive support with high attention to detail.
Thomas has tertiary qualifications in System Development and Interactive Media and a passion for programming. This background, combined with the hands-on experience he is gaining on Myrtec’s Service Desk, means that he is on the fast track to learning how to design and execute powerful and tailored solutions for his customers.
