Myrtec is excited to announce that we have welcomed a new Service Desk Engineer onboard to accommodate for our recent brand growth.
Michael Thomas joins us as a recent graduate from the University of Newcastle in 2020. He has a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Interactive Media.
Throughout his studies, Michael particularly thrived in UI/ UX design, web development and game production.
Michael has had six years of experience working in the customer service industry.
His goal at Myrtec is to solve our client's problems efficiently with high attention to detail.
In his spare time, Michael likes to go to the gym and enjoys rock climbing.
Michael is currently working with our existing Technology Consultants to transition into his new role. He looks forward to meeting new clients soon.
