If you ever have users having issues with redirected drives (i.e. they clicked no to something). Then perform the following:
Right Click the Receiver Icon and click "About". The icon will be displayed at the bottom right of the screen near the clock and you may need to click the up arrow to display all icons:
Expand Advanced and click Reset Receiver:
Click OK on the confirmation Window:
And you should get this confirmation Window:
Receiver should now be back to its default state.
