OVERVIEW

Each staff member at SWW had multiple email accounts, that they had to log in and out of repetitively. This meant they were losing track of emails and keeping clients waiting on responses for extended periods. Myrtec was able to migrate all users to G Suite so all emails could be delivered to the one mailbox.

BENEFITS

SWW was able to continue normal operations without disruption while Myrtec migrated their data to G Suite.

PROBLEM

Each SWW staff member had multiple different email addresses with separate providers. They were constantly having to log out of one account and into another. This caused them confusion and delayed response time to current and potential clients.

SOLUTION

Myrtec was able to create a G Suite account for each user with additional domains (aliases). Then we added a filter so that emails were separated into separate folders dependent on the existing email domain they were sent from. This way, their mailboxes are consolidated yet well organised.

RESULTS

  • Emails are now integrated with Google calendar
  • G Suite admin console allows the business owner to manage everything from one place
  • Less burden on staff to remember multiple users accounts and passwords
