A local business was frustrated with their existing email provider because they had constant difficulties sending and receiving emails. As a result, gaining and retaining business was almost impossible. Myrtec was able to purchase and implement new, custom domains hosted in Microsoft to eliminate this issue.
The existing email provider was not delivering basic email functions as per its intended use. This left the business struggling to maintain existing relationships with clients, as well as acquire any new business because they weren’t able to send or receive replies to enquiries.
Myrtec migrated the business from their existing email provider to Microsoft, the application that is included in their Office subscription. Then we set up an automatic forwarding rule so that all incoming emails are directed to their new address. Lastly, we provided a demonstration for all staff to understand the most efficient way to use their new Microsoft email system.
