3 SIMPLE WAYS FOR YOUR OFFICE TO BE MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Following our office’s celebrations for World Earth Day, we thought that now would be the perfect time to put together a list of the few simple ways we keep our office eco friendly, and you can too.
1. Stop hand signing your documents
It’s 2021 people! You can virtually sign documents wherever and whenever you need.
Our pro tip: Use Adobe’s Fill & Sign feature. It allows you to save your signature, making it super easy to slap it on to any document.
2. Don’t print anything just to take it home
Um hello, have you heard of a thing called the Cloud? If you have personal documents, save them to OneDrive. If they’re for team viewing, they can go in SharePoint.
Not only will this save the trees, it means you can continue working on your way home (if you take public transport that is!).
3. Forget travelling to meetings
Why not forgo the carbon emissions and host your next meeting on Microsoft Teams? The virtual meeting application will integrate your bookings into your Outlook calendar, and will save you time, fuel and other travel-related expenses.
Teams will give you all the benefits of human interaction without the fuss.
