Myrtec are delighted to welcome Ryan Innes to the team!

Ryan comes to Myrtec with a strong background in customer service, with over seven years experience in the retail sector. Ryan has recently graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Information Technology, and has qualifications in Network Engineering and Network Management.

Ryan's troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge make him a valuable first point of contact for our clients.

Originally from Scotland, Ryan moved to Australia as a teenager and now calls the Central Coast home. When he's not helping Myrtec clients, you'll find Ryan enjoying the great outdoors or planning his wedding to the gorgeous Mel.

Alison Hough

Operations Manager

Alison is a senior consultant in the field of training & development and change management. Alison's wealth of knowledge and practical experience is based on over ten years experience in leadership and training roles with both private and government organisations.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Training and Development degree from the University of New England as well as industry certifications.
